Our Company
The original Coffee Guy, Richard Karam, delivered his first fresh, hot espresso to workers and commuters in June 2005. With a drive-thru set-up and numerous businesses keen on having coffee delivered, The Coffee Guy was run ragged satisfying the coffee cravings of just one small suburb. Richard knew he was on to a good thing and decided to franchise the idea.
The Coffee Guy’s first franchise was established in January 2006. Our popularity amongst workers and commuters was matched only by the enthusiasm of keen Kiwis wanting to ditch their nine-to-five in search of something that offered real work-life balance. Today, just five years later, we have over 50 fantastic franchisees between Whangarei and Dunedin, as well as a great staff dedicated to making their businesses successful.

The Investment
