Skills & Training

No experience is necessary, in fact GroutPro specialists come from a variety of backgrounds, from industries such as banking, logistics, police force, trades, sales, public service etc. The systems are designed to give anyone the skills and training they need to be the owner operators of their own successful business. Each new GroutPro specialist attends a comprehensive 4-day training course to learn the necessary skills and procedures to do the work, plus an in-depth sales and marketing strategy. The work is very easy to learn, and you are provided with all the necessary tools and start up products to get you into your business, along with 3 training manuals for future reference.

Once you have completed the training you will be competent and confident to go out into the marketplace and start work. A GroutPro business has great cash flow as you are usually paid on the same day, plus multiple income streams are also available to you. It is easy to find customers with the sales and marketing strategies in place, along with tremendous referral business, and very low operating costs with 90% + profit margins. You can realistically expect to earn $75 - $100k in your first year if you work full-time, but you can also start part-time if you wish, and there is the added benefit of no ongoing franchise fee or royalty payments.
