Bayleys buys majority holding to strengthen presence in Lower North Island

The parent company of Bayleys real estate has bought a majority shareholding in 10 lower North Island franchises operating under the Coast to Coast brand..
Bayleys managing director Mike Bayley said the strategy was to increase the company's presence in the region It would also introduce property management and valuation services.
The latest move follows on the heels of the recent buyout of Rohan Hill's shareholding in Bayleys Wellington.
