posted on 26th March 2014
Shivram Limited, the New Zealand master franchisee for Nando's, has now gone into liquidation after three months in receivership. There is no news of purchasers, although four or five companies were originally said to have been interested in taking over the master franchise. An update on possible sale is due tomorrow (Thursday 27 March). There are currently over 30 Nando's franchised outlets in New Zealand, which are continuing to trade.
