Carl's Jr. achieves world record sales in NZ

The success of the first Carl's Jr stores in New Zealand suggests Restaurant Brands' decision to invest in the chain here may have been a wise one, despite the apparently already crowded burger market. The latest has opened in Auckland's Queen Street.
A Carl's Jr store that opened on Henderson's Lincoln Rd in November turned over almost $180,000 in its first week of operation - a world record for the brand that operates in more than 20 countries.
